Food, clean water and a responsible use of technology - Micro- and nanotechnology for energy.

Innovations in fabrication and instrumentation
Advanced nanoprobing - From nanoequipment to nanomolecular machines - Fundamentals - Microfactory - Micro satellites - Modelling and design of microsystems - Nanofabrication - Nanoinstrumentation - Sensors and actuators.

Enabling life science
Bionanosystems and bionanotechnology - Micro- and nanofluidics for life - Nanomedicine - Nanofluidics - Smart microchannel technology.

Photonics, Electronics and Materials
Beyond Moore - Bottom-up electronics - Light-on-Chip - Micro- and nanophotonics - Nanoelectronic materials - Nanomaterials - Nanospintronics.

Abstracts must be written in English, should not exceed 1 A4 (maximum of 300 words) and must be submitted electronically via the conference website. Click here to register your poster.
