Innovation Award 2010

The NanoNed Innovation Award: a prize to stimulate outstanding nanotechnology innovation!

By innovation we mean the creation of value through the successful exploitation of new ideas. We are looking for excellent ideas with potential for commercialisation. Scientists and entrepreneurs: take it out of the lab and hit the road!

What
We welcome all applications that give an account of an innovation in the form of a product, process, patent, invention or service, which resulted from NanoNed research. The innovation should be a novel idea that either solves a problem or improves an existing product, process or service. The application should give a description of the innovation and how it has been (or will be) worked out and implemented. Examples of implementation include: building intellectual property, establishing commercial relations with industry, founding small businesses, etc.
